Gandang Gabi Vice is one of top rating of comedy talk shows of ABS-CBN airing every Sunday night at 9:45pm. The show planned to have only 13 episodes, but due to perhaps, increased viewership, ABS-CBN management decided to have more episodes where the show ended first season with 38. Oftentimes the show trend on twitter related either with the guest stars during the episode and punch lines involving Vice Ganda. Season one two-hour finale was star-studded with guests like Angel Locsin, Sarah G, Kim Chui, Iza Calzado, Marcelito Pomoy, Jovit Baldivino and Jhon Lloyd Cruz.
Gandang Gabi Vice supposedly have three-months break, but before the grand finale ended, Vice announced that the show will start second season on February 26,2012 right after Sarah Geronimo Live which premieres on same day.
